How do I trigger an emergency alarm with my domo.go?

Simply press and hold the red side button at the top of the watch for a few seconds to activate the emergency alarm.

What does the watch measure, and where can I view this data?

The domo.go tracks your heart rate and step count. You can view this data on your watch screen. Additionally, you can access this information through the domo.health app on your profile's homepage.

Who can access my health data?

Health data can be accessed by the user and any contacts who have been granted permission by the user to view this information.

I am a contact for the watch user. What should I do if the user triggers an alert?

When an alarm is triggered with the domo.go, an informational message is sent to the chat in the domo.health app. The call center will attempt to verify the alert by contacting the user through their watch. If necessary, the emergency call center will reach out to the emergency contacts listed in the domo.health app. In the event of a false alarm, the emergency call center will inform the contacts via a message in the app's chat.

When an alarm is triggered, do the call center and my responding contacts receive my GPS location?

Upon triggering an alarm, your GPS location is sent to the emergency call center and your designated contacts (information received through the app and/or via SMS).

Is downloading the free domo.health app mandatory to enjoy all the services of the domo.go product?

To connect the watch to your account and manage your emergency contacts, the app is necessary. However, if you do not own a smartphone or are not familiar with technology, you can appoint an "administrator" to manage these settings on your behalf.

Is it possible to order the watch for someone else?

You can place an order for a loved one. In the contract, there will be a section for the final user where you will need to provide the name of the person who will be wearing the watch.

Can the watch strap be replaced?

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 is compatible with many straps available on the market. Ensure that the straps you choose are compatible with your watch model.

In which countries does the domo.go watch operate?

The domo.go watch operates in Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, and Belgium. In case an alarm is triggered outside of Switzerland, the emergency center receives the call and contacts you through the watch, alerting your caregivers, but due to local legal constraints, it cannot alert local emergency services.

What is the battery life of the watch?

The battery life is up to 36 hours, depending on usage.

What happens if there is no network coverage?

If the watch cannot contact the emergency center due to no network coverage, it automatically redirects to 112 (the European emergency number, including Switzerland) to alert emergency services.

How does the emergency center communicate with me during an alert?

The watch is equipped with a speaker and a microphone, enabling communication directly through the device.

What happens after an alarm is triggered?

Initially, we attempt to verify the situation with the person who triggered the alarm (a call is made through the watch). If there is no response, we then contact a designated caregiver before alerting emergency services if needed.

How long does it take to fully recharge the watch?

It takes about 2 hours to fully recharge the watch.
